We believe that education is the birthright of every child, yet each year poverty prevents thousands of children from attending school. For those children who are initially able to attend school, it is likely that, due to poverty, they will be unable to complete their education.
Many children at KNSV school study free of charge or pay a minimal fee. Yet, the reality is that unless the students pay fees, the school will not have the income to pay the teachers’ salaries. As a result, the more qualified teachers leave in search of better jobs.

What will happen then?
Once we receive your sponsorship first payment, we will send you the picture of the child you have sponsored together with an information sheet about him or her. We will also send you a regular six monthly report about the progress of your child.
If you wish to write to the child, you can simply use the school address (see under "contact us" section) and send it to the attention of the child you sponsor.
If at any time you have any enquiries regarding your sponsorship or if you wish to discontinue your support, kindly send an email to the school principal, Dr Sunita Prasad, at sunita.prasad@knsv.org.

KNSV School offers hostel amenities allowing kids from remote villages to receive education. We have therefore differentiated 2 sponsorship groups:
1) Day scholar kids (living at home)
- the sponsorship includes school uniforms (2 sets and 2 pairs of shoes), study books & material

Ñ Sponsor a day scholar child for 1 class year for 100 USD as a lump sum
Ñ Sponsor a day scholar child for 2 class years for 200 USD as a lump sum
Ñ Sponsor a day scholar child for his/her full education (10 class years) for 1000 USD as a lump sum
Ñ Sponsor a day scholar child for 2 class years for 200 USD as a lump sum
Ñ Sponsor a day scholar child for his/her full education (10 class years) for 1000 USD as a lump sum
2) Hostel kids (live in KNSV Hostel)
- the sponsorship includes school uniforms (2 sets and 2 pairs of shoes), study books & material,
and hostel fees (including food, utilities, maintenance, insurances, etc.)

Ñ Sponsor a hostel child for 2 class years for 720 USD as a lump sum
